The Haley Project is a year-long multi-media program celebrating the legacy of the world’s first practicing space lawyer, Andrew G. Haley, and the upcoming 60th anniversary of the publication of his seminal work, “Space Law and Government,” published in 1963.

YouTube Series

Starting in 2023, the Space Court Foundation will host panels on our YouTube channel, youtube.com/spacecourtfoundation, each month an a new chapter of the book. We will invite current subject matter experts to reflect on how Haley and his contemporaries considered the issues 60 years ago (as reflected in his book), and update those topics with everything that has changed and evolved in the past 60 years.
