The Space Court Foundation (SCF) is a 501(c)(3) educational nonprofit. Our mission is to educate and promote understanding of space law and policy around the world. We produce educational material and original scholarship through the administration of space law internships and research projects such as Stellar Decisis, the Space Court Law Library, the Andrew Haley Project.
SCF partners with universities, law schools, NGOs, and other space groups to increase awareness of space law, promote the rule of law in space, and analyse how conflicts arising in future space activities may be peacefully and legally resolved.
